The Guarantee

Permaseal is manufactured to the highest ISO 9002 specifications and the ECE Regulation 30 which are uniform provisions concerning the approval of pneumatic tires for motor vehicles and trailers. We guarantee that:

Permaseal will seal any hole in the tread area of a car/van/caravan or motorcycle tire caused by object up to 6mm diameter.
Permaseal will seal any hole in the tread area caused by object up to 12mm diameter in commercial and construction tires.

Should any tire deflate within these criteria, the customer will get a full refund for any Permaseal installation costs plus any further costs incurred for the repair of the puncture. The limiting factor is the size of the valve diameter to allow the rubber crumb through. Heavy duty sealant can be used in some construction equipment tire which have a larger valve size. Heavy duty sealant may seal holes larger than 12mm but not is guaranteed.

Limitations

The guarantee is very specific and is confined to the tread area of the tire. By its nature Permaseal cannnot guarantee to project against air loss through punctures in the side walls. Whilst Permaseal might prevent air loss in tread area punctures of greater diameter than specified this cannot be guaranteed.
Considerable research has shown than within the specified limits Permaseal will not allow any air loss. If air loss is experienced within the specified limits it means insufficient sealant has been installed and any claims will be the responsibility of the Franchisee.
