PermaSeal Product Information
The Benefits
- Gas

- Tire life
- With properly inflated tires your tires last longer
- Never worry about getting stranded with a flat tire.
Protection
Permaseal is glycol based and it
does not corrode or destabilize the components of any tire.
By its very nature it seals the pores of the tires and prevents air loss by leakage. Permaseal is able to perform
well at almost any temperature and at has been tested at speeds
of up to 100mph. Its compatible with any type of tire construction. Permaseal will prevent rust and corrosion and
last for the entire legal life of the tire.
Operation at high temperatures
Permaseal has the ability to cool tires.
It provides a coating throughout the inner surface of the
tire, which acts as a heat exchanger, dissipating the heat
to the wheel. Although tires do need a degree of heat to perform
at their optimum too much will soften the rubber in the thread
creating excessive wear due to abrasion with the road surface
(scrubbing).
Operation at low temperatures
Low temperatures will not affect Permaseal’s
formulation. Any exposure to colder weather will cause Permaseal
to thicken, but not freeze. In extremely cold weather, the
heat generated from friction in a rotating tire will return
Permaseal to normal consistency after driving for a short
distance. Repairs already made by Permaseal will remain as
permanent as they were before exposure to the cold. The repairs
are resistant to moisture, heat and cold, and will flex just
as the tire will in high or low temperatures.
Permaseal enhances tire life
Fleet owners have major problems with
tires and would do virtually anything to keep air in the tires
and keep vehicles moving. This is where Permaseal is in a
class of its own.
Safety
Today, a tire sealant must be chemically
benign. That is non-toxic. Non-hazardous, non-flammable and
biodegradable. Permaseal is all of these and totally environmentally
safe.
Compatibility
Permaseal is in total harmony with all
elements present in tires. It is a requirement that a sealant
be tested before use and then after 25,000 miles use. This
affirms that the sealant will not cause problems later. Permaseal
has been tested and meets all the specifications compatibility
with all tire components.
Dependability
A tire sealant manufacturer who is honest
will have no hesitation in guaranteeing the integrity of his
product by producing genuine documentation as proof that their
product meets or exceed the specifications laid down to any
fleet operator for their general inspection.
